Bigos Football Development School

1. General
By enrolling in any program, event, or activity run by Bigos Football Development School (BFDS), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without notice.
2. Program Participation

All participants must be registered prior to attending.

Participants must be within the designated age range for the clinic or program.

BFDS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who is disruptive or unsafe.

Parents/guardians must ensure that all participant information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Health and Safety

Parents/guardians must notify BFDS of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to participation.

All participants must bring appropriate sportswear, including footwear and water bottles.

BFDS staff may administer first aid if required. In the event of an emergency, we will contact emergency services and the parent/guardian.
4. Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, BFDS may cancel or postpone the session for safety reasons. Please refer to our Bad Weather Refund Policy for more information.
5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance without notice.

Refunds due to weather conditions are handled under our weather policy.
6. Photography and Media
By registering, you consent to BFDS taking photographs or videos during the program. These may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media). If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the event.
7. Liability
BFDS takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its programs. However, participation is at the participant’s own risk. BFDS and its coaches/staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during sessions unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will only be used for the purpose of administering our programs. We will not share personal information without your consent unless required by law.
