Refund Policy

Bigos Football Development School

Effective date: 13 May 2025

At Bigos Football Development School (BFDS), we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for all our participants. Please read the following policy regarding refunds for program registrations, clinics, and events.

1. General Refund Conditions

Cancellations by the participant:
- 7 or more days before the program start date:
  ✅ Full refund available.
- Less than 7 days before the program start date:
  ✅ 50% refund.
- Within 24 hours or no-shows:
  ❌ No refund unless under special circumstances (e.g., medical with documentation).

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

No automatic refunds will be issued for sessions cancelled due to bad weather (see our separate Cancellation Policy for details).
Instead, participants will receive a credit valid for 90 days to reschedule the missed session, subject to availability.
In the case of prolonged closures or extreme weather, refunds may be reviewed and issued on a case-by-case basis.

3. Medical or Injury-Related Refunds

Participants unable to attend due to illness or injury may request a refund or credit by emailing a medical certificate to infobigosfootball@gmail.com
Requests must be submitted prior to the missed session or within 7 days after.

4. Program Cancellations by BFDS

If BFDS cancels a session, program, or event for any reason (excluding weather), a full refund or credit will be offered.
Participants will be notified via email and/or SMS.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
